As building gets easier day-by-day, brand and distribution matters more than ever. You'll own how the world finds out about us. One day you're running a distribution experiment, the next you're shipping a growth product with engineers that you knew would go viral, and the next day you're building AI agents to get your own time back.

You're someone who treats growth like an engineering problem - hypothesize, run experiments in parallel, kill what doesn't work, scale what does. Who believes in lead bullets, not silver ones. Deeply data-driven, but with sharp enough intuition to know what lands on social media before the numbers confirm it. Someone who understands that great outcomes are great process, compounded.

You will

• Own Cardboard's brand, voice, and presence across every channel.
• Find, prove, and scale repeatable growth channels end-to-end.
• Ship growth experiments fast, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.
• Influence what we build by bringing user and market signal directly into product decisions.
• Build AI-powered workflows to multiply your own output.
